Our faculty has developed a national reputation for consultation and training to mental health clinics, schools, businesses, social service agencies and other institutions. We will custom design training seminars to meet the needs of your organization.
Our programs include topics in a variety of areas such as: genograms, play therapy, spirituality, immigration, anti-bullying programs, gay and lesbian issues, the changing roles of men and women, and the family life cycle.
We also offer diversity consultations aimed to increase the cultural expertise of staff and diminish disparities in services. We have developed an introductory seminar to introduce issues of cultural competence. We help organizations identify resources and provide materials on cultural issues, which can be infused into curriculum or staff development programs.
